Glory be unto the name of the living God. Apostle Safo Senior High School located at Gyinyase is a co-educational institution which was established on 20th November, 2004 by Apostle Dr Kwadwo Safo to cater for pupils to have access to formal secondary school and to provide quality but affordable education to all. It's a christian institution whose aim is to provide academic excellence and sound christian values in learners to ensure national development. The school started with eight (8) students under the current headmaster. We are dedicated to helping you start strong. Whatever your educational goals, we can help you achieve them. Apostle Safo Schools strive to provide our students with every opportunity to success. We have two locations, one in Awoshie, Accra and one in Gyinyase, Kumasi, offer a full complement of academic and student services that provide an outstanding education in a convenient, student-and career focused environment. The school continues in its commitment to helping parents nurture their children in Christian faith and to firmly establish them in the relationship of faith in God. To that end we provide students with educational opportunities in the tradition which integrates a knowledge of God into their practices and encourages productive, disciplined lives. Apostle Safo Schools make no distinction concerning any individual race or ethnic background, because we believe that all person are created in God's image, as He makes such distinctions in His redemptive plan for all mankind.

My first day in ASSAS seems to very unforgettable. The grounds felt good and the environment is undoubtedly so serene for studies and academic work. The teachers in the very first day were welcoming and it still continues as they do everything to impart in to our knowledge. The non teaching staffs are as well friendly and everything is so okay. Trust me the best of training and character moulding can be gotten from here. Thanks to Apostle Kwadwo Safo for such a wonderful assets.

We encourage students to meet and exceed their potential abilities in their academic, artistic endeavors. We establish great expectation for our students, and work  tirelessly to ensure their success. Mission Statement is to develop creative and resilient citizens.

A creative student will explore innovative solutions, think critically and solve problems, identify, define, initiate and execute a task, construct a present an authentic and unique solution to a real-world problem. A resilient student will adapt and persevere, establish long and short term goals, take risk, self advocate, develop and utilize emotional intelligence, collaborate to build a strong sense of community locally, apply lessons learned to the broader world. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form, exhibit cultural awareness, contribute to the community through service.

Students are given training in Herbal medicine, Automobile engineering, Foundry, Spraying Pattern making Music and other areas of specialization.

The third edition of the Kristo Asafo Students Union (KASU) annual inter-regional youth technology exhibition was held in Accra on Wednesday to showcase some of the extraordinary technological innovations designed by students of the Apostle Safo School of Arts and Sciences.
